Seller not responding, purchase made less than two years ago (legal warranty)

Unfortunately, I’m experiencing operating problems with some batteries for solar panels and, considering that the purchase was made less than two years ago, I believe the products are still covered by the legal warranty. I have already contacted the seller twice (on July 12 and July 20, 2025) to request warranty assistance, but I have never received any response. How can the seller be spelled to respond and provide assistance

Mentore1 year agoYou can't do that, because after at least a year it is your responsibility to prove that it is a manufacturing defect and for batteries... if they were working... it is unlikely to be a defect, but probably improper use.
