Unfortunately, I’m experiencing operating problems with some batteries for solar panels and, considering that the purchase was made less than two years ago, I believe the products are still covered by the legal warranty. I have already contacted the seller twice (on July 12 and July 20, 2025) to request warranty assistance, but I have never received any response. How can the seller be spelled to respond and provide assistance
