Seller hasn't responded to the chat for 2 days
Hello, I recently won an auction from Japan... after winning it, I contacted the seller but nothing, they don't reply... I waited until evening and wrote again, and still no response. Same thing the next day; usually they reply right away and even send me photos of the package..how should I handle cases like this? Especially since I can't get in touch with eBay support in chat either

Mentore2 years agoNot all sellers like to chat with the buyer. Once the sale has been made, the seller will ship within the time they specified in the listing under handling time. A few days later the tracking code will appear in the system.
So if the seller doesn’t reply, you can only wait patiently until the delivery deadline expires.
