Seller does not respond for legal warranty
I paid with PayPal for an item that after a few months doesn’t work properly, what should I do since the seller doesn’t respond to my emails?

Mentore3 years agoOnly if you bought from a professional seller with a registered office in an EU country are you entitled to the 24-month legal warranty.
If the seller does not respond, in Italy you can file a complaint with AGCM. In other EU countries there should be something similar.
