On February 3 I bought an egg incubator. On the 7th the seller sent me a message saying she had had a problem and would ship it the next day....then a long silence.....I ask for clarification on whether it has been shipped or not.... every single day but no reply......I do not doubt that as a new seller she may have had some problems......but why not reply to messages....as of today, the 10th, I know nothing about the shipment. How should I behave. Thanks, good evening
