Seller doesn't want to pay return shipping for item different from the description

hello, I wanted to know how to get the shipping paid by the seller as I received an item that was clearly different from the description but the seller claims that he accepts the return but does not want to pay the return shipping costs when I paid for the shipping.

I waited the 3 days after starting the return but I can't contact eBay, it's not in the actions I can take from the site

the option to have ebay intervene appears after 3 days... so on the fourth day!

Thanks, but the item purchased on February 26 arrived on February 28 and
started the return right away, so on February 28 as well. Okay, it’s 3 business days,
but from Monday the 3rd until today, haven’t they already passed?
