Seller wastes time to issue refund
I bought an item and paid for it right away. After 3 days, seeing that it hadn’t been shipped, I asked the seller for clarification. Basically, the item isn’t available and it’s not known whether it ever will be. Now the seller, to give me a refund, wants me to open a dispute, but for that I have to wait another 5 days. Why doesn’t he just issue the refund right away without wasting my time?
Why can’t I open a dispute right away?

Mentore3 years agoGood morning,
the seller... if he wanted to... could immediately cancel your order with a relative refund.
If he does it voluntarily because the item is unavailable, he receives a defect on his performance... that’s the reason why he asks you to open the report for item not received AFTER the supposed delivery date.
You can ask him if he can cancel the order at your request.
Kind regards.
