Pro seller as an individual, how do you make the switch?

Hi, I'd like to become an individual seller but I can't figure out how to do it. If I try to add an item to sell, it asks me what kind of professional seller I am and obviously won't let me continue.

Registered as a professional seller

You registered as a professional seller, even though it doesn't seem like you've sold much, or at least not recently.

To sell, you must display your VAT number and your contact info, as required by law.

If you have closed the business, you can't turn this account into a private account; you have to close it and open another one.
