Good morning,I bought a pair of pants from a professional seller; the purchase went through normally, the seller replied to my messages, everything was perfect. Unfortunately, when the pants arrived I realized I had ordered the wrong size. I contacted the seller and asked whether it would be possible to make an exchange. They kindly offered (at my expense) to send me a courier who would deliver the new size and pick up the return, and I accepted.Here’s the catch: when I received the new size, I immediately noticed that the pants model they sent me did not match the previous one and the one shown in the description. It’s similar, but some important details are different: it doesn’t have the button but the drawstring, the pockets are different, the fit is different, and the fabric is different too (much more synthetic and less cotton).At that point I contacted the seller and asked for an explanation; they replied right away that since they deal with various generic brands, this is all normal. I repeated that I don’t like this model and that I’m not satisfied, but I received no further replies. I believe this seller acted unfairly, because the customer always chooses based on what they see in the description and the photos shown; a seller can’t use the excuse “we deal with different brands, so it happens” without even stating that in the item description and without consulting me first. I’m not satisfied and I would like to know whether there is any way to take action against the seller, because now I’ve spent 25 euros on a pair of pants I’ll never wear because I don’t like them.
