Seller cancels my order cancellation request
Summary: The discussion centers on kkri_it_wtzmloiei0's frustration over a seller's decision to reject their order cancellation request. sika700 participates in the discussion, but neither party provides any additional details, limiting themselves to nonverbal or repetitive interactions. The conversation focuses mainly on this single issue.
I just bought from this seller, but I realized that the photo authentication certificate is issued by a non-certified company, so I asked to cancel it within 10 minutes.
the seller's response was to cancel my request because the product had already been shipped, which is impossible given the timing.
This confirms to me that the seller is not reliable and also a scammer
I ask how I can get my money back.
thanks

OP1 year agoI’ve just done some thorough checks and it turned out that the seller is selling photographs of autographs with fake certificates. I contacted PADA directly, which is a real, worldwide company for autograph authenticity since it appears on the certificates issued and on the website of this supposed fake company called citylightscertificates, and they told me that this company has no right to use the PADA brand and that they are taking serious action because we are talking about a scam.
It’s normal for a person to trust buying since the certificate lists famous worldwide companies, which gives you peace of mind, that’s why I did it....All this to tell you that before commenting like this it would have been nice to try to understand the situation without making me out to be ignorant in this field, also because in the end it was as I told you.
Best regards.

Mentore1 year agoWith all due respect, how could I have understood the situation if you don't explain it in detail?
You wrote four words expecting someone to be able to understand everything that happened...
Next time explain it, so the comments can be more targeted and more "pleasant" for you!
Have a good one.

OP1 year agoI didn't demand anything at all, I just wrote at the moment when I realized that I had been scammed and therefore I was in a not very "clear-headed" state, and I would like to tell you that questions exist if a person doesn't understand something.
Next time I will definitely be more detailed, but I hope you will be more understandable and a little less arrogant.
Have a nice day

Mentore1 year agoThe issue from my point of view was very clear... as it still is now.
The point is that if the answers aren’t liked, it’s always someone else’s fault... no matter... sorry if I replied to you.
Have a good one.

Mentore1 year agoGiven that it was you who made the rash purchase and that the information you noticed AFTER the purchase was also there BEFORE, why would the seller scam you?
The seller could say that you're the scammer...
Also given that the marketplace rules, which you should have read, do not oblige any seller to accept a cancellation request, it would be right for you to take responsibility for the order you made by mistake.
So if the seller has shipped you the item, when you receive it you can return it at your own expense if they accept returns... otherwise, to be fair, you'll have to keep it.
Have a good evening.
