Unfair seller
Good morning, what do you do with a dishonest seller who doesn't reply to emails and doesn't intend to refund the amount paid for an item that was never shipped. Ebay has practically canceled the order and there's no way at all to force the seller to honor the refund of the amount paid for an item that the seller has calmly put back up for sale. What should be done?

if on eBay you can get help within 30 days of purchase, if more than that time has passed, you need to contact the payment method.
