Seller reports the return
What should you do if you return something at your own expense to the seller and they dispute the condition of the returned goods (which were excellent at the time of the return).

Mentore1 year agoIf the return is at your expense, you did it because you changed your mind and, in this case, the seller may apply penalties if the item is returned damaged.
If you believe the seller is being unfair, you can dispute this decision.
