Seller located in the UK
The seller located in the UK sells "Made in China" pajamas that he claims are silk, but they are miserable polyester. When contacted, he does not respond, does not refund the money, does not even allow a negative review, not even the return of the goods. Adding insult to injury, things keep going from bad to worse with these sellers and E-Bay, which is nowhere to be found in these cases. You can no longer reach anyone in customer service! These sellers can scam people with complete peace of mind, and no one can stop them.

Maybe it’ll be the first time, because in your long career as a buyer you’ve given out a lot of them

In any case, if the item is not as described, you could... rather, you must... open a return request and the seller will be required to handle your request, or they’ll lose the money and the item:
