I've been asking for a proof of purchase for the phone for almost a month, for the warranty,
but the seller isn't replying to messages, seems to have disappeared.

Mentore1 year agoThe tax invoice must be explicitly requested and issued at the time of purchase.
Only professional sellers with a registered office in an EU country can issue a valid invoice.
