fraudulent seller
Good morning, after a PayPal dispute closed in favor of the seller, I found myself with no kind of buyer protection, sending the return at my own expense to Estonia. The package was delivered regularly, but the seller is cleverly refusing to give me a refund. Obviously both PayPal and eBay are washing their hands of it. What can I do? In the meantime I filed a complaint with the AGCM. Thanks
