Well, I sold an item in Germany; it’s a part that is mounted on a bicycle. Usually it’s made up of two pieces, but I sold only the right side without the left. The thing is, this was described perfectly in the listing, and in the photos you could see only and exclusively one piece, the one for sale. The buyer complained that he only received part of the item for sale.....I made several calls to eBay, they checked the listing and saw that everything was as described. On the phone they even agreed with me and said they would write to eBay Germany that the item was as described.In the end, after countless replies by email always from different people, I think that on top of the shipping costs I’ll also have to lose the sold item. I’m speechless
