credit card verification via micro-deposits - negative transfers
I can't complete the procedure for my current account through the micro-deposits because I received 1 positive amount and 2 negative ones 3 days apart
In the verification I can't enter the negative sign and it doesn't recognize the 2 amounts without a sign as valid.
Do I have to wait until 2 positive transfers arrive?
Or is there another way?

You should have received two credits and then two debits (bank transfers) for the same amounts.
The figures to enter were those of the two credits.
