SMS identity verification from browser
Hello everyone.
I’ve had a problem going on for months and I’ve contacted eBay support several times too, but without getting it resolved. Basically, when I try to log in from a PC browser (Edge, Chrome, Firefox), it says that an SMS with a code has been sent to me, but it never arrives. From my smartphone I can log in, I checked the phone number: everything is fine.
Support has always told me "it will be a temporary problem on the part of the external company that handles logins, try again in a few days"... 6 months have passed.

if support was not able to solve the problem, unfortunately the forum won't be able to either...
One thing is strange... the security code request starts with a "request", at least in my case, via email or SMS... and I've never had any problems.
