Shipment checks, contact support
Good morning, I returned an item to receive the refund, this happened 2 days ago but now the tracking shows that there are checks on the shipment and that I need to contact support, what does this mean and what should I do? Thanks

If instead you mean you need to contact the courier’s customer service, look on Google for how to do it.
