I purchased a collar from the well-known brand SeResto, the product turns out to be expired, but also not very truthful. It seems to be counterfeit. Not only that.

I clicked on the seller to report the problem, but the seller no longer exists on ebay and is no longer traceable to that name.

eBay's guarantee to receive a product that matches the listing lasts only 30 days. After that, you have to deal directly with the seller.
