Vinyl not shipped
Hi everyone, I’ve already reported that the shipment hasn’t arrived, eBay told me that if it does arrive I should not pick it up, today or yesterday the seller added that they don’t do returns.
Can I feel safe and not pick up the record.
In the tracking, even today the record still doesn’t show as shipped, and eBay can intervene from the 29th.
Tomorrow do I need to contact eBay to say that he added that he doesn’t do returns?

Mentore2 weeks agoEbay got it wrong, if the item arrives you pick it up and, if it matches, you keep it, because if you refuse it you lose both money and the item. The seller doesn’t accept returns, but if the item isn’t as described, ebay requires them to accept them (at their own expense).
If it doesn’t arrive by 29/07, ask ebay to step in.
