VNA SV4401A
I bought an SV4401A, it won’t turn on
if it’s not connected to the power supply, it’s like there are no batteries.
I sent a note to the seller in Italian but he didn’t understand.
can you do something about it.

If it runs on batteries, did you leave it charging?
Have you tried using Google Translate to be able to talk with the seller?
