I want to buy a jacket from a German seller who has Germany in the shipping settings

I want to buy a jacket I've been looking for for years from a German seller. The item is in Germany 🇩🇪, I spoke with the seller and he told me that in the end he had agreed to sell it to me, but when I try to buy it ….I run into the problem that the seller hasn't changed the international shipping settings and for Italy everything is blocked! Now he's no longer replying to my messages!!! Should I think he changed his mind? so am I stuck??? ….can't you contact him through eBay to have him add Europe, Italy in the settings???
what should I do??? I desperately want to buy the item…..

Good morning,

the seller has no obligation to ship to Italy... so if you have "worn him out" with messages... he may also have blocked you and no longer feel like replying to you...

What to do?

Unfortunately, make peace with it and move on...
