I want to report eBay because they suspended me for the third time. They consider netsuke and OKIMONO
I want to file a complaint against eBay because this is the third time they’ve suspended me, because the first two times they considered netsuke and okimono to be ivory objects when they were made of wood and porcelain, and today because they considered avoriolina to be ivory. Has anyone already filed a complaint against eBay? This is because after years of purchases worth tens of thousands of euros, being suspended for the third time now out of ignorance is annoying.

eBay is a private site and as such it has rules that govern it... any complaint that goes against the rules imposed would make no sense at all... and if you report for absurd reasons you could yourself be reported for dealing in and selling prohibited items, having a private account with a well-established and well-organized commercial activity... 37 monthly feedback ratings (aware that those who leave feedback now account for 20/30% of sales... at the very least you make a hundred monthly sales!)
Rather, it doesn’t even make sense to keep selling items that "could" be considered ivory products if you don’t have clear certifications from the Minister of Economic Development.
The mere word "ivory" makes a listing a potential violation of the rules... and don’t wait for the next suspension because it will be indefinite.
