I want to delete a refund request I made when I didn't have an account
I bought a t-shirt on eBay without logging in. After that, the t-shirt didn’t fit, so I made a refund request, still without having an eBay account. Later I registered and now I have an account. Having an account now, I was able to send a message to the seller of the t-shirt and we managed to agree on exchanging the size. However, the seller kindly asked me to remove the refund request I had made when I didn’t have an account, but I can’t do it anymore because the site always redirects me to refunds for my purchases that don’t exist (because the purchase was made before the account was created).
So I can no longer get into the management of the refund request to ask to delete it. Can someone help me??
