my package is stuck in customs, I intend to keep waiting for it to arrive but eBay has already refunded me, but I need the item I bought and not the refund

Mentore1 year agoDid they refund you because you asked for a refund, or is it the seller’s initiative, since they’ve now convinced themselves the package is coming back to them?
