I placed an order today. In the afternoon I got a message about a refund for the item I bought....
BUT I DIDN'T ASK FOR ANYTHING, I WANT THE ITEM I PURCHASED, NOT THE REFUND!!!
I WANT TO SPEAK TO AN OPERATOR, HOW DO I DO IT??

Mentore2 years agoYou don’t need to talk to an operator, on eBay sellers can cancel orders (with more or less valid reasons), just as buyers can decide not to pay.
