I worked for many years in Germany, and now that I’m retired in Italy I want to change my account from private to professional.Ebay Germany does not want to accept my Italian VAT number, which is regularly registered on the European VIES portal.They completely ignore the two European directives that regulate the sectorDirective 2006/112/EC (VAT Directive)Directives (EU) 2017/2455 and 2019/1995, in force since 1 July 2021 (e-commerce VAT package)These directives introduced:the OSS regime (One-Stop Shop), aimed at avoiding the multiplication of VAT registrations in the various Member States.These are extremely clear and I cannot force a user to obtain a German VAT number since I DO NOT HAVE WAREHOUSES IN GERMANY, MY GOODS ARE LOCATED EXCLUSIVELY IN ITALY and I ship only from Italy.So I fall TOTALLY under the aforementioned EU directiveDoes anyone know how to contact Ebay's legal department?Thank you for everything
