I would like to change the feedback from positive to negative
I bought a mini chainsaw in Nov 2023, but I only used it for 15 minutes in March. The motor burned out (it started smoking). I tried to contact the seller but he tried to wear me down with various excuses, saying he couldn't find the transaction. Strange, it shows up for me but not for him. I also wrote to eBay but they still haven't replied to me.

Mentore2 years agoFor eBay or Paypal, it's too late.
If it's a professional EU seller and you've sent a formal notice, you can report them because they are not applying the EU directive on the legal warranty. If it's a private seller or a non-EU seller, you can't do anything.
The feedback cannot be changed.
