I would like to know how to report to eBay the pickup points that refuse the package without giving a reason.
Pickup points that refuse a package without giving a reason should be removed from the list. It’s happened to me 2 times. They’re problems for both the seller and the buyer.

Have you looked into what the FPs can refuse?

Mentore1 year agoYou don’t have to report it to eBay, but to BRT.
Pickup points are partner shops with Bartolini.
