I would like to sell to a predetermined buyer
Good evening, I need to sell a model to a buyer who commissioned it from me; is it possible to do this on eBay and if so, how? Or do I need to handle it differently? I’d like to stay within eBay to increase feedback.

you cannot sell exclusively to one buyer.
You can create the listing and hope that it is purchased by that buyer with prior communication.
