Hello, I bought the Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 Pro phone in August 2022 for my mother, and this morning out of nowhere the screen started flickering and turning completely green. How can I start a warranty claim? Thanks

Hello,

unfortunately you purchased it from a seller with legal headquarters in China (Shenzhen Guanqimiao Technology Co Ltd), so the phone does NOT have any valid warranty for the European Community... regardless of the area where the phone was shipped.
