Correction of negative feedback
Summary: ottoz1952 made a mistake by leaving negative feedback for a seller with whom the experience was positive. He can't correct the feedback on eBay because when he tries to do so, the page disappears without making the change. biessea-informatica, the seller, confirms the situation and asks whether it is possible to contact eBay support through a form instead of the standard responses.
Hello;
I made a big mistake.
I bought an item from a seller and the transaction went very well.
I wasn't paying attention (and I regret it very much) because I left a negative feedback that was meant for another seller.
The positive seller managed to give me the link sent to me by ebay to edit the feedback.
I filled out the positive feedback (which was supposed to correct the negative one) but the ebay system won't let me.
At the end of the process, I click the correct button and the page disappears (and of course it doesn't make the correction).
It disappears and an empty ebay page appears, with only certain instructions at the top, but blank.
I repeated the procedure, but no luck.
Please help me correct this negative feedback

Without the need to involve ebay, it’s enough for the seller to send a revision form to the buyer who left the feedback.
The buyer accepts the seller’s request and the feedback should disappear or change.

I think there are technical times for the update. If nothing changes, in a couple of hours you can use the link at the bottom of the page to send an email to ebay.

·2 weeks agoGood day, I am the seller and I confirm what was written. Is it also possible to contact eBay through a support form instead of the usual "short responses"?
