I bought a welder directly from the seller, paid in advance with the assurance that it would be shipped within a day. When I asked for the tracking number, nobody ever replied and nothing ever arrived (I waited about 2 weeks). In the end, with the “threat” of handing everything over to my lawyer, they replied saying they would collect the package and issue a credit note and refund within 3 days. Both arrived after 5 days. If you want some advice: DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, NOT VERY SERIOUS OR PROFESSIONAL!!
