Terrible experience with eBay shipping (spedizioni.ebay.it / PacLink).
Shipping purchased through the site spedizioni.ebay.it .
Recipient address automatically filled in by the system and label printed by the post office.
The package cannot be delivered because the address is incorrect or incomplete.
Opening of the dispute by the recipient.
I provide eBay, at their request, with a photo of the post office receipt.
eBay closes the dispute in the buyer's favor and fully refunds them.
I receive an email saying that the address is incomplete and it was useless that I WASN'T THE ONE WHO FILLED IT IN!
The email says that I have to deal with the post office myself for the return of the package and that the matter is closed for them.
Result: I lose the shipping cost.
