Don't the positive feedback reach the sellers?

Dear Community, I kindly ask you, if possible, for some answers. For a while now I’ve been sending positive feedbacks as thanks for purchases I’ve made on the site to sellers, but they don’t reach their destination and they receive nothing. I press the box where it says positive, but a kind of V comes up in the center. Why is that? Before, the box would turn blue. I can’t explain this situation, thanks, sebasdemur community member

On my profile under "left for other users" I see that the ones I post are showing up.
