Transfer of eBay account from sole proprietorship to LLC
Good morning,
we are evaluating the transition of our business from a sole proprietorship to an S.r.l., while keeping the same administrator and beneficial owner.
eBay support confirmed that it is possible to change the legal form directly on the existing account, while keeping the account, username, feedback, history, and eBay Store. We were also told that both the sale/transfer of the business and the contribution of the sole proprietorship into the new S.r.l. are possible.
We would be especially interested in the direct experience of sellers who have already completed this transition.
