Counterfeit product
Summary: 5771massimo bought a JBL speaker that was apparently counterfeit, which arrived late and after a fake initial shipment. Even though the seller accepted the return, they didn’t provide the necessary shipping instructions and aren’t responding to messages. eBay doesn’t seem to be responding to the reports, while Klarna is demanding payment for a product deemed counterfeit, despite the photos and evidence provided. 5771massimo is looking for advice on how to proceed to resolve the situation without paying for a counterfeit product.
Hello, I have a problem. I made a purchase, a JBL Gharg 6 speaker, it arrived very late, a fake shipment and then after 15 days it finally arrived with a second shipment. The problem is that the product is 100% counterfeit, also because I already own that speaker and the differences are very noticeable and clear. I contacted eBay and Klarna; eBay does not respond, the seller accepted the return but never sent me the shipping details, I send messages but he does not reply. All this was reported to both eBay and Klarna with photo evidence, etc. Now Klarna wants me to pay for a counterfeit product, eBay does not respond after multiple reports and clearly visible evidence. How should I handle this? Klarna has reactivated the payment of the second installment but I have not paid, how should I proceed, thanks, especially because I do not want to let them get away with it.
