Good evening guys: I need some advice about a refund. I wanted to buy an item and I paid for it, then I realized it wasn’t what I wanted and I asked to cancel it. The seller said there were no problems. After a couple of days, it still hadn’t been done. He says he canceled the order. Rightly, he didn’t send me the item. But he swears he never received the money. I paid with Pay pal. And the payment is in favor of eBay sarl. The seller says eBay is making a mess of it, but the money isn’t arriving. Ebay hasn’t sent me any refund message. The date is August 21. Then I asked for help through the app. And it seems the item return was closed on September 1. But since then I haven’t heard anything else or received the refund. Where did my 1600 euros go?

OP1 month agoI’d really like to know now: who pocketed my money? eBay, the seller, or neither of the two, or both. I ended up with no money and no Hi end amplifier. All I’ve got left is the little AM/FM radio

OP1 month agoIt all started with eBay’s reply “you can no longer cancel this order” because 3 days had passed. But I canceled the order right away while waiting for the seller. I contacted him before the deadline expired. And he assured me that he had canceled the order. Then after 2 days the message appeared. Time elapsed. You can no longer cancel the order. Return the item. But if he was still on vacation? What was he shipping? Nothing!! The item I wanted, he didn’t even have it, and he told me to cancel the order and wait a few weeks to get what I wanted. So I asked to have it canceled.
