Reply to a Buyer and to those on eBay who suggested how to close the Dispute
Summary: pinobrek says they sent a DVD in impeccable condition to a customer, who then asked for a refund and returned the DVD damaged. Although they reported the situation to eBay, the response was to refund the customer immediately. sika700 defends eBay's position, while pinobrek expresses frustration at the perception that buyers are favored over sellers. The tone of the conversation remains sarcastic but resigned.
Some time ago I had shipped a Customer a DVD of Animated Cartoons in "Factory Sealed" Condition, as shown in the Photos that I personally publish on my Pino Brek (pinobrek) Listings... to make a long story short, the Customer asks for a full refund by sending the shipment back to me... I send eBay the photos of the DVD that had been returned to me all "Damaged and with many Scratches", after having swapped it with one of their own property.... eBay's reply: ....you'd better refund him right away, there's nothing we can do....I won't tell you where I sent him... of course my Customer....I hope he is still alive... ·2 weeks agounfortunately eBay is changing and... definitely not for the better
it seems like the "dishonest" ones are only the sellers, but that is NOT the case !!
Many buyers, fortunately not the majority, try to scam
and the eBay system prefers, washing its hands of it, to punish and/or harm
the seller, especially if they're private individuals.... with "professional" sellers maybe they're more lenient

OP1 month agoCan I know when a Seller was given the right....from the various posts, it seems that only buyers are the favorites....I don't want to start a controversy and I accept everything
