Hello everyone! For some time now I’ve noticed that in listings for items for sale, the pickup point option no longer appears (for example: Fermopoint, locker, or local hub), neither among the shipping options you can set nor on the listing page itself.
Do you know if there have been any recent updates to the shipping rules, or if this is a temporary technical issue with the platform? Is anyone else experiencing the same thing or figured out how to reactivate the feature on their listings?

·1 week agoHi, as you were told earlier, it hasn't exactly disappeared, but some categories have been excluded. So if you have items for sale and want to offer buyers the pickup option, you have a second option: use the Poste network. You need to go to the sales rules manager, add the entry "poste delivery standard - pickup points", and this way anyone who buys will have the option again. Of course, shipping can only be received at an affiliated Poste location in the area. If you don't set it up this way, customers will only see home delivery because quite a few categories are excluded ... For buyers, it's only possible if the seller has set this option ....
