Can someone else be authorized to pick it up?
Good morning, I bought an item with delivery to a Poste Italiane pickup point. I called the post office to find out if I could make a proxy for collection: they told me to ask the seller. Then they told me that until I go there they can’t answer me. So I’m supposed to go there to find out if I can make a proxy for collection? It seems like the usual Poste Italiane joke.
Does anyone here know how to answer me?
