shipping label variation
I purchased the shipping label and then the buyer asked if it could be shipped with pickup point delivery. How can I do that?? The chat isn’t working. Thanks

·3 weeks ago · Editedjust cancel the transaction....... if it was specified in the listing ( i.e. inpost at pickup point ) your mistake = warning....
if it wasn't specified = buyer's mistake and so you can safely cancel........
obviously if you go ahead with the cancellation you also have to cancel the shipping label and ask for the refund ......
unless you mean to somehow satisfy the buyer..... and here you have to come up with it yourself, maybe in agreement with the buyer, on how to do it....... or else ignore the request and ship anyway ......
