eBay has recently changed its shipping interface and I can choose only one carrier ( poste italiane ) for domestic and international shipments.... UPS, DHL, DPD have disappeared. why?
Also, if I need to send something to the United States, only UPS shows up, which by the way has become pretty expensive even for small packages.
And also, for countries outside Europe, (except the United States) they become basically impossible to ship to, because it turns out the customer's addresses are no longer covered....what the hell is going on ?
In the last month I had to cancel two sales, a Chinese buyer ( the address didn't appear to be covered by any service ), and another one in the United Arab Emirates ( same thing, address not covered by any carrier ).
I'm losing the desire to sell here, it seems run by amateurs, they take forever to fix things, actually they make them worse...meh!
