Good morning everyone, As the title says, I recently accepted, via the Overview panel of my professional seller account, to take advantage of this promo by activating the campaign, but there are a few things that don’t quite add up for me. I called support and they told me that the campaign applies to all current listings and that it takes about 24/48 hours to see the data from the dashboard (the campaign was activated yesterday with a daily budget of €5). The strange thing is that it never asked me which listings to choose or anything else, so I took support’s word for it since it seemed odd to me, because with standard sponsored listings I have to choose the ads myself, and the same with CPC ones (which I don’t use, but just to say). Aside from this first part that doesn’t fully convince me (personal opinion, of course), what I was mostly unsure about was the fact that if I disabled the campaign before October 1st (that is, well before using up the €100 promotional credit), would the gifted balance be taken away from my eBay balance and therefore I would have to keep the campaign running after the 30th, or could I stop it earlier once the budget runs out (I don’t feel like spending money on external advertising on eBay). I would therefore ask for some kind advice from anyone who has figured out something about this promotion. Thank you all and have a nice day.
