I registered with my VAT number, but eBay is charging me 22% VAT | News for private and professional sellers

I need help. I registered with my VAT number as a sole proprietorship, but the problem is that Ebay invoices me the selling fees as a private user, applying 22%. Being a VAT number, however, it should invoice me with zero VAT so that I can then generate the corresponding self-invoice. How can I resolve this? Thanks
