Is it possible to ship the sold item in 2 separate packages with eBay shipping program?

Do you know if eBay's shipping assistant allows you to make two separate shipments, 2 parcels for the same sale? Since it's a non-negligible volume, I should do two packages, but I don't know if Packlink lets me do it

Thanks for the detailed reply

I used the link you described to me https://spedizioni.ebay.it

I entered the details to calculate the cost, and later, maybe I just hadn't noticed, I saw that it had imported the sale

the cost is the same for the two shipments, both the one imported automatically and the one I created

then I made a try from ebay, ''print label'', it imported the sale and the shipping cost was the same, but I find it strange that the two methods have the same price, I had always believed that through ebay it cost less, instead the one I created has the same price

however, I had made these deductions some time ago, compared with the official Packlink site

there was also a code for a free shipment only with Poste Italiane, which I didn't take advantage of, having chosen dhl, which in some cases I consider more secure, especially considering the recent strikes, bye and thanks

Once the first shipment has been purchased through packlink's automatic link, this will no longer be available.

For this reason, if you need to handle two shipments with the same shipping address, it's best to manage and book two separate shipments using this direct link:

Best regards.

Good evening rollerboall

The short answer to your question is: YES, IT IS POSSIBLE.

I’ll also try to give you a more detailed answer....

If we go to the order management console at this link: https://www.ebay.it/sh/ord/?filter=status:ALL_ORDERS

It is possible to add an additional shipping code directly from ebay

You do a shipping simulation with packlink.

Evaluate whether it is more convenient for you to make 2 shipments or just one.

Then notify the buyer that they will receive two packages and then add both shipping codes for tracking.

Best regards.
