I bought 4 batteries for an electric bicycle from Elecric mega store in Nola Naples bought and paid for on 22/07/2024, they had assured me delivery for 24/07/2024 but as of today they still haven't arrived, terrible service, there's no one on the phone who can tell you where your order is, only a girl answers who says to write to the seller on Ebay, terrible experience, I'll never buy anything on Ebay again, this smells like a scam to me, and in my personal area where I see orders, I can't even find the wording ASK EBAY TO INTERVENE terrible service
