·2 years agoThe seller you left negative feedback for has only 3 feedback ratings and sells items he shouldn’t be selling.
Are you sure someone got into your computer / smartphone and bought activation keys that require a VPN to make it look like another STATE/COUNTRY so as not to be BANNED ?
Personally, it seems quite unlikely to me that a hacker took control of your devices to buy from this seller.
Kind regards.

·2 years agothe version given is pretty unbelievable, evidently they bought themselves........
as Mario wrote, check who potentially has access to your account.....
PS: leaving negative feedback for the seller with that reason requires a careful reading of the rules...... if I were the seller I’d take action ............( the Ebay experts understand what I mean......... )

·2 years agoWho has the know-how to clone an eBay account and a payment method, then buys some game or other.
Before filing complaints, look around and try to figure out who may have access to your PC and your cards.

OP2 years agono one has access to my data, for me the system made a mess all by itself, then because I never load the card more than needed and I top up in anticipation of shopping, then I don't have a game console and I don't even play on my phone, my hobbies are other things, I don't even spend time looking at video games where I might make a mistake and click by accident, then what's strange is that the seller had a conversation with this guy where he asked whether the VPN was done?? of course it wasn't me, I wouldn't know how to do that-

·2 years agoIf you paid (if this hacker paid) with PayPal (you should have received an email from PayPal)
contact PayPal and explain what happened.
It may also be necessary to attach a police report.
If you paid (if this hacker paid) with the credit card
Try making a chargeback request stating the reason as "UNAUTHORIZED PAYMENT"; if you have problems, contact your bank directly and they will tell you how to proceed.
Kind regards and good luck.
