eBay credits
Hello. Being new as an Ebay seller, I am not yet familiar with the company’s crediting system. On the 21st and 26th of this month I was expecting the crediting of the amounts relating to the sale of a box set of records and a book. Instead of these amounts, this morning I received news of a credit of 0.92 euros that I do not know how to account for. And this despite the above amounts being available, so the time for any customer disputes and related conciliations having passed. The sales went through successfully, the amounts are available, but the credits do not arrive and I cannot find a phone number to call or a reference email. In my account settings I did not choose the monthly crediting option, but the daily one, so when the amount is available, within a maximum of two days, it should have been credited to me. I would like an explanation, but I do not know whom to ask

·2 years agoTo speak with an eBay representative: on the home page, at the top left, click "Help and contact" then at the bottom of the page "Need more help? Contact us" then click on a section of your choice, e.g. "My account" click on a section of your choice, e.g. "Payment services" then on the next screen on the left side you will see 2 options "Chat with us" or "Have us call you"; in both options the waiting time will be shown, usually 1 or 2 minutes, and of course if you choose "Have us call you" the call will be received on the number provided at the time of registration.
