·3 years agoit depends on the voucher : anyway if the seller cancels and you are still within the time frame ( that is, the voucher has not expired yet ) in theory they should credit it back and so it can still be used : if that doesn’t happen try contacting eBay support to see if they can restore it ;
NOTE: it must, of course, be an eBay voucher ( and not one from an "affiliate" e.g. Packlink , in which case you need to contact the "affiliate" )

·3 years agoThe same thing happened to me, but they credited the voucher back to me. I don’t know according to what rule, but the cancellation was done by the seller. I hope it’s the same for you. Let us know.

·3 years agoSomeone (I don't remember who) said that if the cancellation was caused by the seller, the buyer would not lose the discount voucher.
Personally, I don't know if this is true, but you could give it a try by contacting eBay support and asking if they can do anything about it.
Kind regards.

·3 years agoIt depends on the terms and conditions of the voucher; if only one use is предусмотрed, unfortunately it has been lost.
